I offer a variety of packages to schools, including different experiences to students of various ages and groups of different sizes. I offer both full days and part days. I offer training for teachers on how to deal with discussing alcohol, drugs, self-harm and mental health in the PSHE curriculum. This training involves how to deliver follow-up lessons after a school visit and focuses on prevention and recovery as much as it focuses on the problems themselves.
Teacher can expect to-
- Learn about how these problems occur
- How they might identify students at risk from alcohol use
- Drug use and self-harm including both students who are partaking in destructive behaviors and those who are at risk of being exposed to them
- How to signpost students to relevant agencies
- How to deal with questions from students
